MUSHROOMS: River Valley Ranch is a family food business that specializes in mushroom growing. Mushrooms are grown in sustainable compost that we make ourselves. We never use chemicals, preservatives, or growth enhancers.

We produce 5 varieties of mushrooms year-round, including white buttons, crimini (baby bella), portabella, oyster and shiitake. We also sell exotic and seasonal mushrooms, such as maitake, lion's mane, and morels. 

 

SPECIALTY PRODUCTS: River Valley Kitchens produces and wholesales from this website a full line of value-added products, many of which are suitable to special diets, such as gluten-free, soy-free, vegan, dairy-free, and keto.

Our kitchen also produces refrigerated and frozen ready-to-eat products, all of them vegetarian and most dairy-free, including 2 kinds of meatless burgers, several frozen soups, tamales, and our famous garlic cheese spreads!

 

We round out our offerings with 6 seasonal varieties of house-made granola.
